Research project where the design of the complex road system provides an opportunity to give a solution to a complex and troubled marginal area. Ramps, overpass and roads become fluid elements of an architectural language that states spaces and places. Open spaces, multipurpose rooms, exhibition and other functions are designed by the road network and returned to the community.
